Celebrating the 114th Birth Anniversary of Nobel Laureate Mother Teresa at Chaitanya Voluntary Service Organization

On the auspicious occasion of the 114th birth anniversary of Nobel Peace Prize recipient Mother Teresa, a grand event was organized at Chaitanya  Service Society under the guidance of MP Anandhan. The event paid a heartfelt tribute to the revered saint, Mother Teresa, acknowledging her immense contributions to humanity.

During the event, the Principal of Muthu English Medium School, run by Chaitanya Service Organization, Mrs. Patnam Girijamall, shared her thoughts on Mother Teresa’s legacy. She highlighted how Mother Teresa, a foreign woman, came to India and dedicated her life to serving the orphans, the destitute, and those suffering from leprosy. Her selfless service earned her India’s highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna and the Nobel Peace Prize.

The General Secretary of Chaitanya Service Society, Mrs. A. Kavitha Rani, spoke about Mother Teresa’s enduring legacy of patience and service. She emphasized that Mother Teresa is a beacon of inspiration for their organization, motivating them to undertake numerous service initiatives.

The children also participated in the celebration, delivering speeches that beautifully conveyed the greatness of Mother Teresa. In recognition of their efforts, Mrs. A. Kavitha Rani distributed chocolates to the children.

The event was graced by the presence of key members of the Chaitanya Voluntary Service Organization, including MP Anandhan, General Secretary A. Kavitha Rani, Principal Mrs. Patnam Girijamall, teachers D. Ajay, Y. Janardhan, D. Reddy Shankar, C. R. Reddy Prasanna, and K. Sumalatha, along with non-teaching staff and the children. The celebration was a fitting tribute to a life dedicated to serving humanity.
