A delicious festive meal was provided in the afternoon, featuring traditional dishes prepared specially for the celebration. Later, a vibrant procession took place: children dressed as Krishna, Gopikas, and Yadavas paraded joyfully through the streets with musical bands and drum beats. The highlight of the event was the children dressed as Yadavas breaking the traditional “utti” (pot), cheered on by their peers and receiving blessings from distinguished local dignitaries.
The colorful festivities concluded in a grand and lively manner. The event was attended by Executive Director A. Krishna Charan, teachers of Muthu English Medium School, residents of Anand Old Age Home, and community leaders.
On this special occasion, President M.P. Anandan extended heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors who continuously support the development of Chaitanya Voluntary Service Organization and conveyed warm Krishna Ashtami wishes to everyone.
