Celebration of Bhagat Singh’s 117th Birth Anniversary at Chaitanya Service Society

Chaitanya Service Society commemorated the 117th birth anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh with great reverence. The event was organized at the Muthu English Medium School, which operates under the society’s guidance.

The Principal of Muthu English Medium School, Ms. Patnam Girijammal, along with the General Secretary of Chaitanya Service Society, Ms. A. Kavitha Rani, paid tribute to the great freedom fighter by garlanding his portrait. Teachers, students, and staff from the school also joined in to offer their respects to Bhagat Singh.

During the event, Ms. Patnam Girijammal addressed the gathering, lauding Bhagat Singh as a heroic figure who sacrificed his life for the nation at a very young age. She inspired the students to follow in his footsteps, urging them to lay the foundation for a new India through dedication and service.

Ms. A. Kavitha Rani, the General Secretary and Principal, emphasized Bhagat Singh’s unparalleled courage and patriotism, encouraging students, especially girls, to be fearless like Bhagat Singh. She motivated them to face any challenges with bravery, drawing strength from his legacy.

The event was attended by the teaching and non-teaching staff of Muthu English Medium School, senior citizens from the Ananda Old Age Home, and students, who all came together to honor the memory of one of India’s greatest freedom fighters.
